Returns and Refunds

- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Not be personalized or custom-made items
Return Process

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
